I don't get on the scale, and I don't measure myself, but if I had to guess, I'd say I'd lost about 8 pounds - going by how my clothes fit, and how I looked in that horrible thing called a mirror. I think it affects people differently, and we all have different things going on with our bods. I don't believe you can eat whatever you want and not move, I do believe that this product helps you to eat less and have the energy to move more and the fat loss results will encourage more clean eating and fitness efforts, this product is just as much a part of my fitness as my gym shoes and yoga pants!
